The Human Genetics Calculator (HuGe Calculator) integrates several kinds of genetic evidence to quantify human genetic support for involvement of a gene in a phenotype or disease of interest, with the aim of helping researchers prioritize genes. It will soon be available in the Common Metabolic Diseases Knowledge Portal and its component disease-specific portals.
