The Human Genetics Amplifier (HuGeAMP) is a software platform and infrastructure that aggregates, integrates, and analyzes human genetic and genomic data in order to spark insights into complex diseases.
The Knowledge Portal Network (KPN) is an ecosystem of interconnected web portals that facilitate innovative and intuitive analysis and visualization of biomedical data. The Knowledge Portals that are based on human genetic association data are powered by the HuGeAMP platform.
The Knowledge Portals:

aggregate comprehensive data relevant to diseases and traits;

harmonize and analyze the data;

represent the data in a way that helps researchers to distill meaning from them; and
-
provide interactive tools for custom analyses that access individual-level data in a secure manner.
We welcome collaborations that augment the existing portals of the Knowledge Portal Network or expand the network to more areas of biology. There are several ways to get involved:
Contribute to the HuGeAMP platform: help to implement new methods for integrating and analyzing genetic and genomic data.
Contribute results to the existing Knowledge Portals: in disease areas relevant to the Knowledge Portals listed below, we can host and incorporate your large-scale genetic or genomic datasets, effector gene predictions, and more. Find more details here.
Collaborate with us to create a new Knowledge Portal: if you have resources to support a collaboration to build a full-scale Knowledge Portal, our team can work with you to develop a portal in a biomedical area that is new to the KPN.
Create a standalone Research Data Page or Research Data Portal for your results: our Bring Your Own Results (BYOR) service lets you quickly and easily create a single web page or a multi-page portal to display your results with interactive tables and graphics.
