Experiment summary
This study was a meta-analysis of genetic associations for early-onset AMD (ascertained by color fundus photography) in 14,034 cases and 91,214 controls of European ancestry from the International AMD Genomics Consortium (IAMDGC) and UK Biobank cohorts.
