Experiment summary

This study is a meta-analysis of body fat distribution associations, measured by waist-to-hip ratio adjusted for body mass index. Both overall and sex-stratified analyses were performed. The sex-stratified results are available in the datasets "GIANT-UK Biobank GWAS Meta-analysis: females" and "GIANT-UK Biobank GWAS Meta-analysis: males".
