Experiment summary
This study was a meta-analysis of genetic associations for type 2 diabetes, conducted using a recessive model, in 33,139 T2D case subjects and 279,507 control subjects from 7 European-ancestry cohorts, including the UK Biobank. Genetic associations from the same sample set, analyzed using an additive model, are available in the dataset "Additive model 2022 T2D GWAS: European ancestry".
